Very rarely have I had the opportunity to work with a company as professional, honest, caring and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer succeed with a large house project. The end result was perfect. John, Jannine and Jessica are all easy to talk to and couldn’t be more helpful. If you need a roof please call them first and trust they have your best interest at heart!

Miceli Roofing is top-notch! John responded to my initial and urgent call immediately and stayed on top of all aspects of the entire job of replacing my roof. His entire team is excellent, from everyone in the office to the roofers. When I called the office to get a quote for a customer, they efficiently accommodated my tight timeframe. Miceli Roofing goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

Miceli roofing installed the new roof at my home and I’m very happy with the results. They were the 3rd and final roofer to give me an estimate, and prior to meeting him, I was convinced I was going with the first company who evaluated my roof.John spent a lot of time at my house explaining everything to me so I could understand what was going on. He told me about the product he uses and why, how they install it, and common issues that come with old houses (mine was built in 1900). But what convinced me to use Miceli was when John explained how he would ensure proper ventilation in my attic, which was my biggest concern aside from a leaking roof. He offered a couple of options that the other two contractors did not mentioned.All that being said, John and his team were friendly, professional, and FAST. Once the permit was obtained from the town, my work was scheduled in under two weeks and completed in two days. There were several complications that came up during the installation due to the age of the house, but they were all handled with the utmost skill and know-how.I’m extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and the overall experience I had with Miceli roofing. I highly recommend them for any roofing issues you have.

In May, 2023, Miceli staff member Armando returned to our house to touch-up part of our roof. Armando was thorough as he worked hard on a warm day. John Miceli, owner of Miceli Roofing, called me back the same day. John arranged for Armando to come to our house within a day. John was very prompt.
