I called about a roof leak and was given a prompt appointment. John came and fixed the leak. He was great and will definitely use then in the future if I need work on the roof.

John, his team (crew), as well as, their office workers is, without a doubt, the most trustworthy, reliable, responsible, knowledgeable, hard-working, and efficient people we have ever employed! (We just can't say enough!)
From the moment John came to analyze our roof, it was clear his knowledge surpassed any other person that had previously come before him!
He was the only person to thoroughly review and recognize the root cause (issue) of the problem, which was our current shingles never adhering properly.
He was extremely helpful, caring and professional.
Their rates are more than reasonable, and we had total confidence in hiring them, which has proven to be the best decision we have ever made! The quality of their work (and clean-up) surpassed anyone else that has ever made repairs to our home! WE have been singing their praises to all our family and friends, and assure you, that choosing this company will be the best decision you will make!

From the first phone call to the end of the work, everyone at Miceli Roofing was top shelf. I was a roofing rookie and Janine helped me understand and navigate the best practices for roof integrity, roof life, and so forth. John Miceli and his team did the work needed in a timely and clean fashion. We just did some repairs but they will be my first and only call when it’s time to replace the roof. Honestly, of the many people I have had do work for my properties, Miceli Roofing was top 3. Don’t forget to look up but don’t look farther than Miceli Roofing!

Our roof was not an easy one (old house, steep mansards, a need for sheathing), and the Miceli crew did great work on it in difficult conditions (during the hot days in June) and for a very fair price. The job required a post-install tweak, and John conscientiously and courteously responded to my concerns until everything was as it needed to be. For a side job, the team shored up a distressed flat roof with silicone in the built-in gutters and came back a couple of times until it was perfect. If all goes as it's supposed to, the roof will outlive me. But if I make 95, and John makes 110, I'll hire him again in 2070.

This is the fourth time we have had the need to call on Miceli Roofing to help us with a problem since we purchased our 125 yr-old home seven years ago. Whether it was reroofing the gagage, or locating the source of and correctng a minor leak before any major damage occured, they have always responded promptly and efficiently.Their crews are friendly, know what they are doing and waste no time getting the job done well. They clean up after themselves and we have never had a complaint about the quality of the work. Finally, this A-1 work is done for a reasonable price! We recommend Miceli Roofing without hesitation!

John and his crew are knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and tidy. they replaced a full house roof for us and troubleshot some issues we were having beforehand as well. the cost was better than the competition. An insurance claim, not sought a roofer. I went on line and did some research as to product, services and average pricing for a home such as mine. I read reviews for Miceli roofing and decided to give them a call. As soon as I called John answered personally. He was out the next day with a crew to do an emergency repair. He kept in touch regularly as I was dealing with the insurance company. When the appraisal came back, he noticed many things that the insurance company had neglected to consider, such as bringing the roof up to current codes, permit fees, etc. He worked tirelessly with them so that I could get the standard of roof required at this time. John instantly seemed like I’d known him for years. He was timely, the work was beautifully done and in quite a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I have had.
I would highly recommend John and Miceli Roofing. You will not be disappointed. He does a phenomenal job.

The roof in the Coventry, RI home needed to be redone. I contacted Miceli Roofing and an estimate was emailed to me within 48 hours. The price was excellent. In March, when there was a decent stretch of weather, the crew did the job in one day. They left the property clean. I was pleased.

I’m writing this review for my Dad, here’s what he had to say:
I reached that time to replace my roof. I made sure to do plenty of research on pricing for a house this size. I made and took phone calls from different companies and no one seemed trustworthy or in my price range until I went to the RI BBB website and found John Miceli Roofing. I called John and talked to him about the roof/age/layers/etc and could tell he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy already, so I made an appointment for him to look at my house. After seeing the roof, John sent me an estimate which fit perfectly in my budget so I accepted and we agreed on a contract. John then called the day before he wanted to start. His crew came right on time, got right to work and all I can say is WOW! I’ve never seen such a fine working machine as everyone in his crew worked perfectly together. Everyone had their own job to do and they all did their jobs extremely well. When I saw the new roof on my house I was truly speechless with how great it looked. John Miceli And his crew are quick and fantastic at what they do. I am so happy I decided on this company to replace my roof and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
