We use quality materials that are known for their combination of cost-effectiveness, durability, R-value, UV resistance/reflectiveness and water resistance, to name a few. They are:
Flexible sheets of compounded plastic-derived materials that are used to cover and protect flat and low sloped buildings. These membranes are manufactured to strict quality control requirements and can be attached in a variety of methods. Properly installed, single – ply roofing systems offer an inherent advantage over traditional materials due to their strength, flexibility and high durability.
Types of Single-Ply Roofing Systems:
- Thermoplastic Polyolfein (TPO) is a blend of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber. TPO is the most popular product in commercial roofing because of its highly reflective nature (superb UV resistance), ease of application, and durability. The result is a roof that reduces air conditioning costs, lasts 50+ years, and looks good.
- Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is a great choice for restaurant and airport applications. It’s highly reflective, highly resistant to chemicals, puncture resistant, and easily repaired. Our PVC membrane comes in white, gray and tan colors of 50, 60 and 80-mil thicknesses. Each one is backed by a complete line of labor-saving, factory-tested PVC accessories, all designed to simplify the installation process and reduce labor.
- Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) is a high-density, synthetic rubber that provides long-term (40+ years) durability and weatherability. It offers quick and easy installation, and its elasticity is ideal for freeze/thaw conditions and hail-prone areas.
A Gaco Elastomeric Silicone Roof (GESF) is ideal for a flat (or sloped) roof. It offers a long-lasting waterproof membrane that protects against permanent ponding water, UV rays and extreme temperatures. GESF also sets quickly; it can be rained on after 2 hours of application and will not wash off. It even offers a 20-year warranty.
Polyisocyanurate HP-H (ISO) is a closed-cell, rigid foam board that is applied to asphalt, as well as Class 1 insulated steel, wood, concrete, and gypsum roof deck construction. It’s cost effective, offers the highest R-value per inch of any building insulation product on the market, is fire resistant, and is even eligible for LEED credits.
Our commercial work portfolio includes small businesses, churches, government entities, retail stores, corporate offices and industrial facilities. View some of the organizations we’ve served below. Bottom line: We’re confident we can meet your commercial roofing needs regardless of the structure type.
The cost of roof replacement or repair depends on the size of the roof (or repair) based on square footage, and the type of material to be used. It’s why we always conduct initial on-roof evaluations to help ensure accurate pricing.
